After Care
What to do after your sessions...
1. Drink plenty of water - this helps to flush out chemical stress that needs to be processed out of the body.

2. Sleep or rest - take a break and ensure your sleeping habits are free from devices.
​
3. Take a walk - walking is one of the best forms of exercise and helps to clear the mind and move forward.​

4. Journal - write about your experience, take some time to clear out your thoughts.
​
5. Diet - have plenty of fresh food, avoid processed foods and notice when you eat, how your body feels about the food or liquids you put in.
